Pastor Samuel Koblah Narh of the Church of Pentecost in Awutu Papaase was shot and seriously injured by robbers. His Toyota RAV4, with registration GW 545-22, and his mobile phones were stolen.

The incident occurred in the Awutu Senya West District of the Central Region when Pastor Narh returned home from an evening service. The robbers were waiting outside his house.

As Pastor Narh arrived, one of his sons opened the gate. The robbers entered the house behind him, firing shots to scare the family. When Pastor Narh tried to talk to them, they shot him in the shoulder, pulled him out of the car, and drove away.

He was initially taken to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital for treatment and later transferred to the Church of Pentecost Hospital in Madina.

Church elder Godfred Viglo urged Ghanaians and the police to help catch the suspects and recover the pastor’s car.
