Members of the Council of State, led by Council Chair Daasebre Otuo Serebour, visited the family of the late Eunice Asomah-Hinneh, CEO of Labianca Company Limited, at her Sakumono home in the Tema Metropolis. The President of the National House of Chiefs, Ogyeahoho Yaw Gyebi II, also joined the visit.

The council members offered their condolences and support to the grieving family. Eunice Asomah-Hinneh, who passed away on June 11 after a short illness, was a valued member of the Council of State and served on its Legal and Constitution Affairs Committee, advising President Akufo-Addo and other ministers on constitutional issues.

During the visit, Daasebre Otuo Serebour mentioned that the late CEO was expected at the Council’s monthly meeting but had sent an excuse due to her illness. The council members signed a book of condolence in her honour, praising her contributions and legacy.

The Council of State will join the family in formally informing President Akufo-Addo of her passing. The family will announce funeral arrangements after consulting with the President.
